BCC Marketing Services was founded in 1989 with two overriding objectives. The BCC Telemarketing team wanted to elevate telesales, telemarketing and call centre Services to a high level of credibility by creating Call Centre services capable of being moulded to the clients requirements and not, as often happens, expecting the client to re-shape their task to fit the service.
The BCC Telemarketing team also wanted to provide specialist creative input which guaranteed the greatest added value for the most cost effective price.
