The BCC Telemarketing team wanted to elevate telesales, telemarketing and call centre Services to a high level of credibility by creating Call Centre services capable of being moulded to the clients requirements and not, as often happens, expecting the client to re-shape their task to fit the service.

The BCC Telemarketing team also wanted to provide specialist creative input which guaranteed the greatest added value for the most cost effective price.

These objectives were created some years ago, but they remain the motivating force behind BCC's Telemarketing services today and they contribute to a greater depth of understanding which helps to make us special in the UK Telemarketing and Call Centre industry.
